I DONT KNOW ABOUT Y'ALL

I rather get a buyout around $9 and 20% discount to NAV then wait around for a SECOND dividend cut and a $3 unit price and perhaps a hostile bid after.

I dont see sufficient balance sheet cleanup. Nothing even remotely significant

SELL THIS TRD.
