RE:RE:CEO David Will @ AGM

RE:RE:CEO David Will @ AGMSage.   Plenty.

From C-suite to BoD, everyone brings something to the table.

While schmucks like myself get fed the AIF papers and maybe a bag of popcorn, it's very difficult to find the nitty gritty from behind the computer screen through my thick-lensed coke bottle glasses.

I won't get into specifics about individuals but I have come to learn that there are unique skillsets who's value ebbs and flows as market conditions change.

For example, back in 2010, GH issued $55mm in convertible debentures.   Not a small feat for a microcap company that had recently just listed on the TSX from Venture.   Board members with capital markets experience were valuable at that point in time.

We all know about the $10-15mm invested during Pandemic years.   Board members with experience in construction, project management, access to skilled labour teams etc. were valuable at that point in time.

IPO of the business was back in 2003.  Same thing there.   Access to capital, experience in capital markets etc.

My opinion is that everybody contributes something of substance at varying points along GH's timeline.   And you really have to ask the guys with the big stacks of chips, I mean, big stacks of share certificates, "Does your team provide value, does the team you've put together help increase the value of your shares, support a growing dividend, keep the company fundamentals on the straight and narrow?"

You bet they do.   We can see it in the results.   While the history here isn't flawless, it's been damn good, substantially better than peers and that's why GH is the last man standing in this sector as public company.

Strong little businesses.   Smart team with many, many, many decades of experience.  They are good people, you can discern that they care about employees, you can see it.   You find out why many team members have been with the company a decade or longer.

Irreplaceable group of leaders.

That's my opinion.

And if they like their BoD, they keep their BoD.

KFC has their secret recipe.

GH has their leadership.

That's how she goes.
