Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Interim Financial Statements

Interim Financial StatementsGood to see some revenue coming in, $819k in helium sales. Hopefully this cashflow stream will increase as processing ramps up and stops the stream of dilutive financings.

Not exactly sure who is selling at these levels, I can't imagine the debenture holders are happy with management having their 12% notes converted at $0.37, when the share price is so low.

While the business seems to be lookng up, the capital structure of this company is a mess. There is going to be a big resistance getting back above 0.12 as the warrants become profitable. There are a lot of headwinds with the share price. Mgmt essentailly gave away a third of the company for $14 million ($6 million from 9 cent financing and $8 million from warrant exercise).
