Insider buying is a telltale sign of confidence in the business.
And no, the lack of insider buying is not related to a blackout period. Just go back to when Nano was trading at $1.55. There was no news anywhere near that period and Nano leadership actively chose not to invest in the company with their own cash.
Actions speak much louder than words.
But I do agree that stock market price and volume are also hugely important indicators representing the health and potential of a public company.
