4) This is not a lean management team. For a company who is not generating cash, 3 CXOs and 6 directors are much to much. Above all if you look at the past: a management team with a similar size made nearly no progress
I was tempeted to buy a few 100K more but a presentation where you can't find goals with a timeline are not very encouraging.
Without goals and timelines you can't hold people responsible for it. These are well-paid, freelance artists without responsibility. No timeline means that the execution is written in the stars.
