It was stated in the Financials and conference call, full payment would be received in q2. Full payment is approximately 10 million Canadian. 
No where does it state they're getting an installment,  that's misinformation , and you know it. 
Connecting the dots is pretty much always  conjecture,  and that's because people can connect the dots and end up seeing things a little differently but overall reach the same conclusion. 

Of course there are those people who don't have the ability to connect the dots and prefer to sit there and criticize everything. They would rather cast doubt and negativity at every chance.  Instead of doing some dd, they'd rather criticize  those that do.

His entire post is conjecture. 

Conjecture with no facts to back any of it up, for example his statement that PyroGenesis "is about to get the final payment of approximately $10 million "

It's closer to $11 million than $10 million, and they're about to get an "Installment".

And you have to go back three years to see that sale, not "a couple years".

His post would make a newcomer think PyroGenesis is having less trouble collecting than they in fact are.

Nevertheless, he's trying to argue a bullish case, so he attracts many plaudits, regardless of how shaky the foundation of his " great points".
