The investment properties of the Company are separated into three operating segments: Fort McMurray Properties, Other Investment Properties, and Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties. RE:Winding up and nothing for us. And they want us to approve?So, in summary, if unitholder vote in favour of the sale, they get nothing. If they vote against the sale they get nothing. The only big benefit of voting against the sale if they keep Arni et al remaining in limbo for quite a while longer.

There is probably something they are not telling us as Shelter and the likes are not going to take a big loss as described in the NR.They will end up owning everything for the price of the mortgages.
