RE:RE:RE:Useful link for preferred sharesI would love to know if you think there are more attractive prefs than the Artis E prefs - when considering;
1) effective yield,
2) discount to face, and
3) debt metrics (after adjusting for $700m of sales to close between Q1 and Q2.


would also love to hear if there is any other criteria you look at (beyond the 3 I have noted above)... of course any prefs with converts etc are completely different and not comparable. I ask because I'm not a fixed income guy. Only fixed income I own is artis prefs.
