In a 2017 article Steve Matier is quoted making the above statement. Either he had no idea the rocket didn't exist or he did and made such a blatant false statement anyway! I'm not sure which is actually worse? Seven years later and the Cyclone-4M has yet to be fully built! This is just one example of the disinformation this company has spread.
