RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Path forwardExcept at audit time? The last few years have been murky. There was a delay with year end and management cease trade orders were issued. The composition of the Board is questionable too. How come the Chairman who is President of another company with  close to a six month trading Halt on it can remain as Chairman?  Given all the ESG commentary about, one would think this  kind of thing should be addressed. It is not clear why there is a trading Halt in place with the Chairman's company but I am not in favor of this personnage running the company's board meetings, especially when there is a penchant for antiquated double voting rules, are you?
