RE:Not Longer LumpyThat's the long standing question. One of the possible answers is that these big clients have some massive projects which take up most of the execs' attention. Payback on these small projects is good, but nothing that will put them at the top of the list in terms of decision making. So, Thermal has to dance at the beat of their drum. I think they would mitigate this by expanding their client base - IMO too few of their clients come back with repeat orders with some regularity.
