Freeing up cash is probable reason, most of us tapped out, but nobody in that group knows whats going on or going to happen in short term. Ofc its chance to scoop potentially at lower levels but I believe theres a solid chance of moving quickly if any surprise. What would be surprise for me? 4,5m +. together w/ follow up NRs. Nobody knows or some dont care how long the happy hour sales are continuing..
