Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately our new auditors are taking considerably longer than expected. With us being a new client, we were anticipating things going a little slower, but between their forensic approach and desire to examine prior years as well, we have found ourselves with the current cease trade order until this process is complete.
At this time, it appears that the auditors are applying their final strokes and should be finished imminently. After which, we will complete the reinstatement process with the exchange and be trading again shortly after.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
As for the team update, we are looking forward to announcing the full team shortly in forthcoming news releases and will be following that up with an updated team page on the website. Please stay tuned!
