CASA ASSETS

CASA ASSETSSeems like Commscope is the bid winner at USD$45MM. This from a company with less than $300MM market cap but liquidity of almost $1BB. 
Have no idea of earnings potential or value of CASA assets but VCM clearly thought $46MM was too much to pay. COMM which has over $1BB in revs (see financials) but poor current trend.  Maybe VCM can buy all of COMM..
Having said that I still like VCM and certainly wouldn't buy COMM, not given its trend and the Casa purchase
