Good post.

To simplify things.

Beancounters are good people. Many people are capable of doing that job.

Fobi has a legitimate product, it has brought in a good marketing mind, which fewer individuals are capable of. A bot cant do what Cleland can, but Cleland can help a company who uses AI get better.

Beancounters always teach people to be conservative.
