With the major shareholders now controlling close to 60% of the share count (along with all the warrants and options held by this group), add to that all the loans, debentures, promissory notes, water rights, lands, accounts payables and accrued liabilities.

Who 

With a sharecount of 27M and $14.2M in liabilities what if a certain scenario has to play out.
Keep in mind the comment about potentially not paying back PWR also.
"As at April 29, 2024 there were 29 holders of record of our common shares."

All the obligations are converted to shares and the company goes private?

There are now becoming a significant amount of moving parts to keep an eye on, for sure.
I'm not saying this "is" what's happening but definitely something to keep an eye on as issues need to be resolved.
