Athena Gold Corporation is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resources. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties. The Company has also entered into a definitive agreement to acquire approximately 100% right, title and interest in the Laird Lake and Oneman Lake gold projects in Ontario.
