wrong again. I was involved in the PP, were you? Nope. I saw the process and the timelines. Tony and the BOD were involved before the extension. 

Every week I was told it was closing Friday and then for almost 4 weeks, it dragged on. This is when the debt repayment plan  came into play. It added no new funding to the PP but it meant we didsnt see our money until later. 

Im not going to argue with you anymore. Youre always the smartest man on the moon and you post with no actual facts. 

You're right, our management was the greatest thing going for the past 3 years but managed to get nothing accomplished they said they would and the company ended up  on life support.
