Management Team/Website Change

I've received confirmation that Strawbridge is still the COO. EXRO is expanding the management team post the merger and a new page is forthcoming.

Apparently he will remain the COO in the new organization.

So, if he is the COO still and will remain as COO going forward, why remove him at all? Why create the negative speculation?

EXRO still hasn't figured out shareholder communications. They are not even close.
