RE:Kelt stock-no liquidity

RE:Kelt stock-no liquidityThe company is using the stock plans to raise equity. This allows them to spend more on capex than they otherwise could.  They're paying their staff in stock rather than cash. It may be advantageous to them tax wise.

But its obvious that it doesnt benefit shareholders. Like Viking77 said, there is no institutional ownership and there won't be with that kind of BoD. So its retail and hedge funds. You can see how low the volume is on days where US markets are closed - stock is an orphan. So when mgmt et al sell their options, it has a negative effect on the SP besides not exactly being a vote of confidence (they could reinvest their after tax profits but they don't).

If by next year they dont change this sad state of affairs by instituting a compensating buyback.scheme, I will vote.NO to all shareholder resolutions and will urge all to do the same. There I said it.
