RE:RE:RE:No news!Or the millions of dollars necessary to purchase those water rights (if those rights are even available to purchase) which need to be added onto the multi million dollar water deficit noted yesterday in the City's budget.
This certainly shows how the City needs to grow its tax base or die.

If those water rights are being purchased for $17,500/AF then that is still over $3M+.
(Water right aquisitions are currently being negotiated by the City)
If the City were to pay the same amount GRB is paying their major shareholders/company advisors who are stated as being "arms length" that same 175AF would be over $5.1M+
