I understand your disappointment however, consider this situation. RIOT may not be overly concerned if in fact BITF does have other potential suitors. If we infer that other companies also see compelling value in BITF, it is possible that a superior offer may surface and should RIOT not wish to match/or improve the offer, they still stand to make a tidy sum tendering their shares to the superior offer. Perhaps it was a calculated move on their part from the outset.....just a thought.
