An incentive to Performance, Brilliant in its design

An incentive to Performance, Brilliant in its design
Kelt staff, a big part of their compensation is in the form of options which has not always panned out for them in all cases.

It has taken Kelt many years to get where they are today, and in an enviroment of volitile Oil and Gas prices, even your best performance does not insure success.

So when options expire, ant the performance of the company, or of the market in general was not good enough to create value the bonus to a employee in the form of a stock options, often times options expire worthless of zero value. I have owned many of these myself over the years.

So if Kelt as a company performs the share price goes up, and the stock options to the staff provide them a good incentive, while at the same time increase cash on the balance sheet of the company.

Kelt with a small number of employees have a massive land base, and have created tremendous amount of value for the shareholders that is soon to be recognized in spades.

Kelt is one of the best run, smart management team in this CAP space bar none.

I expect major appreciation in the share price.
