The U.S. military doesn't keep its secrets nearly as well as Reliq management has been able to do with its finances. I wonder if Canadian regulators share a "Do Nothingness of the Year" award. The agent assigned to oversee Reliq surely is a worthy contender for such an award. 

As a proud Canadian, I would completely agree with my american brother. The Canadian regulators are a waste of time and quite frankly a joke. It is as stupid as CTO, can't trade in Canada, but through certain brokerage houses in the U.S. sure why not.
