I also own MRT.UN and feel good about the recent price appreciation of the units. It is about time!

In your post you wrote "... tax efficient dividend..."

In fact MRT.UN does not pay a dividend.  The monthly distribution of $0.02 is NOT "tax efficient" as it is made (2023) of "return of capital" (72.7%) and "other income" (27.3%).

The distribution is "tax efficient" only if held in a TFSA.
