Its Equipment segment primarily focuses on the design, manufacture, sale and service of proprietary medical devices and software, operating through the Company's subsidiary, VasoMedical, Inc., which in turn operates through Vasomedical Solutions, Inc. for domestic business and Vasomedical Global Corp. for international business, respectively.

SPAC delay

I hope ( since praying is useless ) that the SPAC dies and is never resurrected.....let the company move up to a higher price on it's own merit without making it look more valuable with an SPAC rollvack in shares. That's all smoke and mirrors.
