Have to think this is some kind of co ordinated trade. It likely exceeds the allowed daily limits limits...that is a huge block of shares where the average volume is about 10%

So someone wanted a big stake, and someone with a big stake were (likely) talking....

I am very happy with such a trade at that price....those are sophisticated investors playing in our yard
