While I agree -heartily- that that board bears a lot of the blame for the fukkery going on at Xtract, I don't believe for one second these guys are "guardians" for shareholders; or at least they aren't trying to take on that responsibility.

I mean, these guys voted to throw 750k at Evans without any results based clauses.

Long story short, Evans and the board have not shown a vested interest in the stock side of this business, or the shareholders behind it. I blame them Al.

The lunatics are running the asylum, unfortunately .
