RE:RE:Honestly, I think I smell a cheap financing on it's wayI am not in the least bit worried about a financing,it's just obvious one will be required. --As for my estimations, I do look a little bit ''light'' on the employee costs,  but let me assure you,the word''re-tooling'' in the industry ,can be expensive. We of course don't know the extent of what re-tooling the company would need, however if it is new products to meet anticipated larger sales,there could be quite a few dollars involved. My estimation of  4 million is just my estimation and obviously it could be light or heavy depending on the situation.
