It owns and manages a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail, multi-suite residential and hotel properties in North America. It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Have you been buying in the low 5 range? Inside ownership is massive. It is not easy buying low when sentiment is at its worst. But either you believe or you do not. I bought BBD when it was close to bankruptcy, at its worst time in history. Today I sit on a huge gain with a corporate future that has never looked brighter.

Buy low. Sell high. Often quoted. Rarely practiced. Most street investors do the opposite.
