Under Virginia property, it focuses on exploring two targets in Virginia: high-grade mesothermal gold vein mineralization along strike of the Buckingham Gold Vein and zinc-copper SEDEX-style mineralization in a newly identified base metals/polymetallic belt.

I suspect that they had to close this tranche because assay news is near. Instead of a repeat of last years PP debacle where the PP had to be cancelled due to the share price running away after news. 

I will wait for the jailed Justine to tell us assay news is coming Sunday night. Gracias Grinnn.
