RE:Management Voting Instructions says Me..Time for Shareholders to do themselves a favor for a change, let them move on.IMO it would be the best thing that could happen at this point in time.i'm all for recognizing employees through Bonuses and incentive based on performance, but to reward themselves for past poor performance on the backs of Retail SH ,who have supported the Company for yers, is absurd,to say the least.
i may have considered a Yes Vote to reprice down to around $5.00 but to 1.75 Hill NO.
Read scary racoon and iTTR's posts on Agora, they are a work of art..
I already voted a big NO to all my shares and would welcome a change in management. This is your chance to send a firm message to Management and remind them on who pays their salaries..
The latest pleading and begging to shareholders today is a scary affirmation of the type of management that we are hoping leads this company to success. Is this a sign of leadership strength? All they have shown is arrogance, and disrepect to shareholders that have supported this company for well over a decade. They stick it to us once again, and repay us by telling us they don't believe the company has the potential to warrant valuations that put options in the money, at prices we spent the majority of 2021 and 2022 in!! Are you kidding me?? DO THE WORK to get the company to a share price that organically gets the options in the money.

Here are Poet's instructions to change management. Thanks so much.
"The company is in a critical moment. It is entering its growth phase that should result in rewards for everyone who has been on the journey for the past many years. To reach 1.6T and higher speeds, and expand upon the customer and partner relationships that the company has acquired and nurtured, POET needs the management tools to execute on its plans. Those plans require shareholders to approve the resolutions contained in the AGSM circular. Management advises shareholders to vote affirmatively for the resolutions, which will ensure that key employees and stakeholders are incentivized to remain in the company in the coming years. Consistency and stability are priorities to avoid unwanted disruptions in customer relationships and technology development. Shareholders should be aware that there is no proxy voting that shifts control of their votes to the company should they not submit their ballot. A “yes” vote is the only way individual shareholders can give their support to the company as it prepares for the second half of the year — a period that is expected to pave a path to accolades and wide-spread recognition of the POET platform technology."
