First Mr. Humanist......i totoally understand the fact that you being a dedicted SFarms s/h (like so many here btw!)....you have a "slight favorable bias" towards the company & therefore you might be more ....let's say... "optimistic" than you should be when taking into account the actual facts & basic fundamentals....8).....So this i "totally" understand my friend.....and can relate......BUT.....what you must see.....is the REALITY of the situation..........and that the TO bid by Riot is NOT a so called "low ball offer"......It's actually quite inline ....and in my "honest" opinion........OVERLY GENEROUS for the "mediocre" assets to be acquired....

If you've READ my previous posts on this......you will know that there will most likely be NO additional offersby anyone else for SFarms.....outside of Riot's generous offer... Why you ask? Because for starters, it's much cheaper & more efficient to grow ......organically in this industry......for starters. And 2......IF someone was going to buy SFarms....they would have done it long long ago....when it was cheaper .....And the only other company who would be even slightly interested SFarms ...is Marathon........But even Marathon decided it was best to go to *hole like Africa & grow "organically" rather than to put in a costly bid for SFarms......
Which is VERY telling in itself........When you KNOW the REAL reasons WHY Riot is"attempting" to buy SFarms.....and trust me my friend.....it's NOT for ANY reasons you think OR what you guys call those wonderful premium assets lol in SFarm's fold........its for GREED and for "other" dubious motives.....
NO OFFENSE.....BUT....Like you said Humanist........you're NO EXPERT in this sector....and quite a new at this.......soooo.....take it from a seasoned person like me & someone who is.........8).....
