The last well was hugely expensive, and over-budget. Just the drill cost US$3.5m according to their SEDAR doc (not including testing). Regarding my ABCapital theory by the way, I had missed the following stipulation:
"ABCapital is only entitled to exercise from time to time, such number of Warrants that, after the applicable exercise, the number of Shares of then owned by ABCapital shall not exceed 19.9% of the then issued and outstanding Shares."
Although, to be fair, total outstanding shares are some 136.2m, which means that ABCapital (with 15.5m shares currently) could still convert a further 11.6m warrants (which would bring in over C$4.1m--still enough, combined with existing cash, to deepen Jetstream 1 I would assume) to remain below 20%.
