Fed MoneyThe Feds should be covering the cost of the plant, at least the first stage, to help grow their investments in Canadian battery plants. I could see a POSCO stepping into the picture (e.g. owning a piece of E3) to encourage movement in this direction by the Feds. It'd be a huge win for Canadian EV manufacturing capabilities, and POSCO already has its foot in the door.
