It is. What's even more strange is the weak Canadian dollar makes many stocks even more undervalued. Overseas investors could have a field day with these markets if the board of the TMX were to get off their backside and do some promotion of this wonderful exchange. Personally I wouldn't even pay a listing fee. Seriously what's the point.

Its up to the managers of these venture listed stocks to become more vocal. Volume remains 1/2 of what it was two years ago. The exchange is failing its members.
