The company has no lands in Puerto Rico and no PPOA, just debt.
The company has no project in Sage Ranch (currently with the judgement), just debt.
Jeff transferred some water rights to Greenbriar but depending on circumstances they may go back to him. Keep in mind there has been $millions$ paid in non-refundable deposits for water rights the company doesn't actually possess.
Cordero Ranch belongs to the Sullivan family and not Greenbriar.

What assets?
