another thought

another thoughtThe share price  drop is quite advantageous to an analyst who  wants to issue a buy ratng. 

My guess is that the first report we see is from a Quebec based outfit like Desjardins. A prie target of $25.00 looks a lo better whenthe share price is $15 or even lower.
