The Company is engaged in the development and manufacturing of respiratory health and precision medicine tests that run on its fully automated systems. Its clinical solutions include Rapid Acute Lung Injury Diagnostic (RALI-Dx), lung transplant diagnostics, COVID-19 testing and surveillance testing solutions. Its RALI-Dx IL-6 Severity Triage Test and the RALI-fast IL-6 Severity Triage point of care (POC) Test each help clinicians identify which patients with SARS-CoV-2 are predicted to have a severe inflammatory response and should or should not be admitted to the hospital. RE:RE:RE:DEADI contacted the OSC recently and they told me the Cease Trading Order has no expiration date and that they had no information on SQI's status.I also e-mailed Markowski some time ago but he did not reply. I also tried to reach others in the C suite but that didn't work either.   It appears the company is now registered in Florida. I did see what appeared to be an authentic Florida document confirming the registration, citing himself and family members as officers of  SQI. I'm disappointed with Markowski,  given that he appeared on the scene with great fanfare and bravado. I know he has a great reputation for seeking out so called gems in the market but I suspect he has other more important issues to deal with, including running his own business. It's a shame that the technology is going to waste. The company was within reach of the finish line.  
Maybe we are SOL. However, I think Markowski is still the key on this file.
