RE:A hurting sector I think the increase in sales has slowed but is steadily increasing but at a slower rate.
What happens to demand when a number of OEM's come to market in the USA with a $25,000 EV and a purchaser gets a $7,500 rebate at point of sale.
THAT IS A $17,500 brand new car.
I have a friend that bought his wife a Tesla to replace her ICE vehicle. She was spending $300 to $400 a month in gas driving around the greater Victoria BC area for her job.
SHE NOW SPENDS ABOUT $55 per month to charge her Tesla.
There will be a HUGE demand for EV's. The adoption for EV's will EXPLODE with a low priced vehicle.
Looking for a second vehicle a low priced EV will become the vehicle of choice.
My opinion that is how eventual main stream adoption of EV's will begin.
