FIT share consolidation proposalIn annual meeting notice...FIT looking to consolidate 75 to 1 leaving leass than 2mm shares out.

Does appear FS finalized or will be finalized soon...so CTO will likley lift before annual meeting...July 18th.....would allow some movement in\of holdings to avoid fractional shares
