I didn't read your posts today Gary but agree wholeheartedly that it was not a pretty day for REIT investors. Having said that, Artis was the champ today!!
I suspect the selling is related to the changes in capital gains taxation and significant number of people pulling their money out of Canada in advance of June 25 deadline. 

July will be a better month. It's quite likely that the second interest rate cut will occur and in early to mid-August, Q2 will be released and will perhaps have good news that serves as a catalyst. 

Hang in there. Now is not the time to sell.
