BB I agree with the ongoing discussions slowing things down , Serbia is changing mining laws almost as they happen , RT for example caused massive problems for the government to settle . Some of the delays may be related to the Ibarski ( JP PEU) and with the Serbian miners union in regards to Piskanja ownership ( I think Ibarkski still claims 10%). All of those factors will have to be sorted out before BONE can go forward with funding , etc. Why they are taking so long is frustrating and costly . These issues have been around to long and time to get this done . GLTA
