MontalvaOne thing to remember is to not be distracted by "all the shiny object" issues related to Sage Ranch.
Cliff Webb has a "Notice of Appearance" in front of the PREB that was posted June 20th 2024.
There was a previous "Notice of Appearance" in January but nothing was mentioned by management.
I don't know what this is directly related too.
I've requested the documents but this may take several days.

If anybody else has the documents it would be appreciated by all, I'm sure.
