I know some have received emails, you might want to try that route as they do respond to those. 


They have bought shares in the somewhat recent past, there are some active sales going on so it's possible they just aren't able to buy due to being in a blackout period.

In terms of the distribution, Michael Emory is still chair of the board so has the most say on that, and he owns over 10 million shares so would be more impacted then almost anyone else from a cashflow perspective.
