What he said was that since the contract is an existing one and payment info has already been set out the co. would not necessarily need to actually announce the payment or payments came as long as they are made in the time frames already set out or when completed.

"not necessarily need to announce the payment or payments".No they don't need to but since they had PR's to say when they expected the payment when they didn't need to, then one should expect a PR if and when they actually get the payment. Just another twist I guess.
