It owns a 100% interest in the McCoy-Cove project. It holds a 100% interest in the FAD project located along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Eureka County, Nevada.

RE:RE:RE:Looking Ahead To Good NewsThe only way a reverse split is if they don't meet Nasdaq listing requirements.
For now I just don't see it as concern. What pending news releases are in the works over the next few weeks and months may change the scenario we see now? I'm looking for updates mid August for IAU. Until then the ups or downs are here, we'll just have to take events as they come or as the company provides more long term clarity.
