RE:RE:RE:RE:It Was Just A Typo A few points:
Regarding the alleged phone call. I significantly doubt that a communications person, would talk to a random phone caller & discuss corporate legal documents....my friend it just does not happen.
Quite frankly, they do not have the legal or corporate authority to discuss any documents.
Looking at the sequence of events.
That being the mysterious power of attorney filing, then Dr. Matt taking sick leave, points quite clearly to succession planning.
Why Brad Tompson. As I stated before, way back Dr Matt held about 1 million shares, Brad T held over 3 million.
And, obviously to add another layer of doubt to your alleged phone call. The statement about not issuing a correction.
All of the regulatory filings are legal documents, vetted by attorneys, any typo on filing would render the whole document invalid.
That would not stand.
A correction would need to be filled.
Moving on to important things: Todays FDA meeting results came more of less when expected.
All very good news. Once again the distracting chatter on the P.O.A. Filing, not important.
The FDA reults, a new VP of business development, All getting lined up for the needed partership.
The Pancreatic trials, have taken a back sest for now.
Certainly not forgotten, They did afterall start a new enrolment & announced that only a few days ago.
New, branch/ cohurt. Still involved with Roche none - the- less.
Regarding Dr. Matt's medical leave.
As the key driver & remaining orriginal founder, & patent developer of Pelareorep , for him to be off on leave, is a very serious matter.
They set up the POA in anticipation of the leave.
Anyone with snide, acusatory, insulting remarks around his leave are strongly demonstrating what I can only categorize as disrespectful & discusting lack of empathy towards another human.
I have never met Matt C. I have however predicted , mostly in private his pending retirement.
why?
As I have said, I take the time to listen to 99.9% of all public presentations.
Going back a year ago, I picked up a very subtle change in his persona.
Without details, I can only say something was not right.
why medical leave & not retirement?
I went through both personally a few years back. All extremely difficult decisions.
Retirement is a significantly permanent process. Medical leave?
He can hand over the reigns, take care if his health needs & still benifit from upcoming , very long awaited wins for ONC.
He afterall holds over 100,000 shares ( 1 mill pre R/S) and loads of options.
We don't know his illness. Guaranteed it is serious.
You do not arrange P.O.A etc for the flu.
My prediction FWIW, before the end if this year.
1. Announcement of MBc partership.
2. announcement of complete buyout.
I wish Matt all the very best. In that, I also predict he won't be back.
His retirement will be part of buyout deal.
i did say June will be a pivitol month & to expect the unexpected.
The FDA news is a great step in the right direction.
That is 2/4 items " announced" that were to be announced, before end of june.
The additional Gobblet cohurt first patient & the FDA feedback.
again, if you are reading this. All the best Matt.
