RE:So how many have they pre-sold ? Muncipalities may not even consider an ESS until it is UL certified.
My neighbour's Powerwall 2.1 says Conforms to UL 9540 (which means they did the 9540a testing, which EXRO did in 2022) and it also says CSA Cerrtified. ie not UL9540 certified so Tesla couldn't put the UL sticker on the unit. Now Cellex Energy's ESS product will be labeleld as UL 9540 Certified so will be appealing in the marketplace. Their job now is to get a huge marketing compaign going as their 9540 certification status won't remain relatively unique forever.
