The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. RE:RE:9200 Glenlyon Parkway, BC sale closesThey have a legal requirement to distribute funds, not do buybacks.  Property sales are a good way for them to get capital that they can use to buyback stock though which is an important portion of the puzzle.
